These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our store.

This store is operated by Onlinenomad, trading as Digitaldegenshop, registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97211893.

2. Products
All products are custom-made by third-party suppliers and produced upon order. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are automatically processed through our fulfillment partners. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at checkout via our secure payment providers.

5. Shipping
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. In accordance with EU consumer law, delivery will take place within 30 days of the purchase date, unless a longer period has been explicitly agreed with the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property
All product designs are the property of Digitaldegenshop and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without explicit permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed.
