Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted.

1. No Right of Withdrawal
As per EU law (Article 6:230p sub f BW), custom-made products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We will offer a replacement at no cost if the claim is validated.

3. Sizing Issues
Please check the sizing guide before ordering. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect size selection.

4. Returns
We do not accept returns for custom-printed products unless a mistake was made during production.
